Sustainable waste management

At Quintain, we are proud of our strong credentials in sustainable waste management at Wembley Park and across our BtR portfolio. Over the last few years we achieved zero waste to landfill while operating the UK's first Envac underground waste collection system. The innovative network has reduced refuse vehicle journeys, increased local recycling rates, saved space equivalent to 200 parking bays and helped create a cleaner, greener neighbourhood for residents and visitors.
