We’re celebrating Wembley’s cultural legacy while delivering sustainable, future‑ready design that enhances mobility, community identity and urban experience.
At Wembley Park, we believe world‑class infrastructure should do more than serve practical needs — it should enrich the character, culture and sustainability of the neighbourhood it supports. Pink Parking embodies this principle. As Europe’s first multi‑storey, decked steel coach and car park, developed with Huber Parking and O’Keefe, it stands as both a mobility hub and a landmark rooted in Wembley’s cultural identity.
Designed across seven levels with 733 car spaces and 290 coach bays, its modular steel structure enabled rapid delivery in just 18 months while reducing embodied carbon compared with traditional concrete construction. This efficiency reflects our commitment to designing infrastructure that is environmentally responsible as well as operationally robust.
Sustainability is embedded throughout the facility. From 78 electric vehicle charging points supporting the shift to low‑emission transport, to digital wayfinding systems that reduce idling and congestion, every feature is intended to improve air quality and movement across the district. Its shared‑use configuration also maximises land efficiency, freeing ground‑level space for public realm and green infrastructure that benefit the wider community.
Pink Parking is also a celebration of Wembley’s cultural legacy. Working with Hemmingway Design, we transformed the façade into a vibrant tribute to icons such as Freddie Mercury, Madonna, Anthony Joshua and Bobby Moore — a gesture that turns essential infrastructure into a meaningful cultural landmark and enriches the daily experience of residents and visitors alike.
Through this project, we’re demonstrating how sustainable design, engineering innovation and cultural placemaking can come together to support our long‑term ambition for a greener, more inspiring Wembley Park.
