Through partnerships, skills programmes, charitable investment and inclusive placemaking, we help build thriving neighbourhoods that support wellbeing, connection and long-term economic resilience.

Supporting Local Economies

Investing in local businesses and partnerships

Strong local economies help communities thrive. We prioritise working with local businesses, SMEs and social enterprises to create opportunities, support economic resilience and deliver lasting social value. In 2025, we engaged 244 SMEs and 49 local suppliers, with more than 75% of our supply chain made up of local and SME partners, while continuing to strengthen responsible procurement practices.

Community investment impact

We support organisations that create lasting local impact. Through Brent Giving, Quintain contributed £30,000 in 2025, helping fund a share of £80,000 in grants for community-led projects. Our continued investment strengthens resilience, promotes inclusion and supports better neighbourhood outcomes.

Creating local opportunities

We are committed to helping local people build skills, gain experience and access opportunities for future employment. In 2025, we delivered eight work experience placements and continued to promote volunteering across the business. Employees are offered two volunteering days each year, supporting local organisations while strengthening community engagement and impact.
