On International Women’s Day in March 2022, The Yellow hosted a series of thought-provoking discussions and opportunities for the local community. Women (and men) of different ages, backgrounds and cultures came together to celebrate women under the theme ‘Break the Bias!’. Guest speakers, including Rosemary Laryea of BBC Radio 4, shed light on topics such as inspiring the women of tomorrow, local communities, tackling exclusion, digital inequalities, leadership, and dynamic movement.
