Jason Margrave has been appointed as Quintain’s Executive Director of Development with immediate effect.
Jason joins Quintain from Stanhope plc where he worked as Development Director for 11 years. During his time at Stanhope, his main focus was predevelopment activities including new opportunity identification and master planning. He was responsible for some of Stanhope's largest mixed-use regeneration schemes in Croydon and Reading, and was also involved in the company’s research agenda and product design. Jason is an active committee member of both the British Property Federation (BPF) and British Council for Offices (BCO).
At Quintain, Jason will run the development team responsible for the continued transformation of the 85 acre Wembley Park site which already has planning permission secured for 7,000 homes, including 5,000 homes for rent, making it the UK’s largest Build to Rent development. He will lead on place making, as the company builds out 1 million sq ft of Grade A office and work space and 250,000 sq ft of new shops and restaurants. Also as part of his role, Jason will be actively looking for new business opportunities for Quintain beyond Wembley Park.
