Within the Tandys Lane Village development and in addition to 760 homes, Quintain has received planning permission to construct 245 new homes at Tandy’s Lane in Lucan. The site is around 20 acres in size and includes a large linear park running through the neighbourhood providing high visual and social amenity value. Construction will begin at the end of the year, with the first homes coming to market in the middle of 2021. Quintain have also reached agreement in principle for the delivery of a new primary school at Tandy’s Lane with the Department of Education. They are targeting a 2023 opening for this new primary school.
