Repton Gardens

Opening December 2022, plots NW09 and NW10 (known as Repton Gardens) are made up of three distinct blocks. In total, the plots will deliver 396 build-to-rent homes to be run by Quintain’s rental management platform Quintain Living, 1,000sqm of ground floor retail space and 1,200sqm earmarked for a GP surgery.
