London Designer Outlet

The capital's leading premium fashion and lifestyle outlet centre

A relaxing place to shop, eat and save

A place to shop, eat, save and relax

London Designer Outlet (LDO) attracts customers with up to 70% off major retail brands, its choice of popular restaurants and bars, children's play park and nine-screen cinema.

Twice as many visitors each year visit the 265,000 sq ft of outlet centre than go to Wembley Stadium connected by EE and The OVO Arena Wembley, combined. LDO has celebrated consistent revenue growth, remaining ahead of results seen nationally across the retail sector.

LDO is the only UK shopping centre to offer Dropit, the app-based, store-to-door delivery service. All purchases bought at any of LDO's 50 stores can be gathered together and delivered to customers' homes at a time and date of their choosing. Across the summer months of 2019, average spend per head was four times higher amongst Dropit users compared to other guests.

LDO's seven million annual guests come from the neighbouring residential and working population in Wembley Park and the wider, affluent catchment in North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The centre also attracts large numbers of high-spending international tourists.

The destination has seen consistently strong trading figures.

LDO is one of a small number of ‘new wave’ outlet centres that blend retail, F&B, leisure and residential within an urban setting. James Saunders, Chief Operating Officer
