Architects, Cartwright Pickard were appointed by Quintain to deliver two adjacent 'sister' buildings within the Wembley Park masterplan, one residential and one commercial, two buildings that share a common language but celebrate their different uses. These are The Hive Building and neighbouring Beton.
Wembley Park will include around three quarters of a million sq ft of offices for corporate and creative businesses. The Hive Building opened on Wembley Park Boulevard in autumn 2019 and three further buildings ranging from 113,000 sq ft to 260,000 sq ft are available for 'build to suit' opportunity. All three have planning permission and can be tailored to an exact specification.
