To date we have built 5,176 homes, with many more under construction and outline consent for a total of 8,500 at Wembley Park. Currently, 3,390 homes are under Quintain Living's management.

We have fostered long term partnerships with trusted businesses to help us achieve our ambitious development goals. Key suppliers in procurement across the Wembley Park estate have included Samsung, Kohler, Marshalls, Ruckus and John Lewis & Partners.
We have awarded construction contracts at Wembley Park to four key contractors, a framework put in place to guarantee capacity in the market, and engender collaboration and innovation, whilst ensuring we complete construction at pace.
With our chosen framework of contractors we have built in a culture of collaboration right from the get-go, with all contractors and suppliers working closely with us from the very start of the project. This cohesive approach, whilst rewarding quick decision-making and fostering constructive debate, has allowed us to ensure we are delivering an exceptional, standardised product, adopting off-site manufacturing technologies to do so.
Recently, Quintain and our long-standing partners of 18 years John Sisk & Son signed our largest construction deal to-date to build 769 homes at Wembley Park’s North East Lands. The construction contract was agreed at a fixed rate for £227m, testament to our long-term partnership and fair allocation of risk. By identifying the key material packages needed and agreeing a fixed price for costs, we have been able to insulate ourselves and our partners from the full impact of any price volatility, maintaining best-in-class build practices, while delivering much-needed homes for London.

Quintain is committed to impacting positively on the local community, which is why in 2016 we became the 51st Partner of the Considerate Constructors scheme. As a Client Partner, we have made a commitment to improving the image of construction, with all our approved contractors expected to comply with the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice. We are also a partner of Build UK – a collective voice for the construction supply chain, which provides valuable insight into construction markets and aims to improve industry practices. At peak, 40% of over 1,500 construction workers on site have been local Brent residents. You can find out more on our Sustainability pages.
We work exceptionally hard to avoid any delays in delivery, we’ve got a lot of people on site relying on us to deliver in a timely, efficient and professional way. Matt Voyce, Executive Director, Construction.
