Last year, Quintain released a book, PASS IT ON...Voices from Wembley Park. The book represents the views of only a few of the many that have made Wembley Park the incredible place it is today, the largest single site of Built to Rent homes in the UK.

Like much of London, Wembley Park is experiencing incredible change. We are committed to continuing to deliver a desirable urban environment across our 85-acre estate with exceptional homes to rent amongst high-quality, curated public realm. Despite the incredible scale and pace of construction over the past few years with, at peak, as many as 24 tower cranes on site at once, a neighbourhood identity has emerged with its own culture and DNA, much of it shaped by the diverse community that has grown at Wembley Park.
Wembley Park will have 5,000 Build to Rent homes (out of a total of 8,400 apartments in the Masterplan design) by 2027, with 20,000 residents. To that end, we make an exceptional effort to create homes and a wider neighbourhood where people love to live, fostering a community of residents who value the development’s curated retail and leisure offering, coupled with the security of a reliable, professional landlord. Our placemaking strategy is fundamental when attracting and retaining a community of happy renters.
Wembley Park has a rich and unique history; it’s hard to talk about the place without mentioning personal experiences at Wembley Stadium, The SSE Arena, Wembley and conversations about its past often go as far back as The British Empire Exhibition in the 1920s. The challenge we’ve been facing is to move Wembley Park forward, building on what has already been achieved to make it one of the best new pieces of London and a hub for creativity and culture.
Everyone who contributed to PASS IT ON: Voices From Wembley Park had a story to tell about Wembley Park from now or from its recent past. At the conclusion, each interviewee was asked to name an individual who, for them, best captures the spirit of the place. We hope that the book gives you a sense of this dynamic, celebrated corner of North West London and how it is fast becoming home for 20,000 people by 2027.
There are thousands of people working tirelessly behind the scenes at Wembley Park. They continue to make it a celebrated place in the country's capital, and although it would not be possible to list them all, our appreciation of their contribution is wholehearted.
