30 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
We are the award winning team behind Wembley Park, one of London's largest and most exciting urban renewal schemes that we have been transforming over the past 20 years. At Wembley Park we have gained unrivalled experience in large-scale regeneration with over 5,170 homes delivered of a consented 8,500 at the now vibrant, self-sustaining, mixed-use neighbourhood. The estate is on track to become the largest single site of Build to Rent product in the UK.
BUILD TO RENT / THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT
Our team includes our market-leading Build to Rent platform, called Quintain Living, established in 2016 to provide first class asset management of our property portfolio with over 3,650 homes currently in operation.
Continuous feedback loop from customers to designers ensures our Build to Rent product remains at the leading edge of customer experience. Our structure enables us to deliver a bespoke product that is optimised for BtR/Multifamily. Our onsite management team ensures we have full control over operations thereby maintaining an ability to drive rental growth and achieving operational efficiencies of scale, reducing gross to net leakage.
With six years of experience and a stabilised portfolio, we are actively looking for third-party management opportunities for our Quintain Living team.

Under the expert guidance of Jim Eaton-Terry, our Chief Technology Officer, an in-house team is in place to ensure that technology underpins everything we do from data management, marketing, pioneering methods of construction, website development, resident and retail apps, utilities management and to customer service. Ultimately ensuring we operate our buildings in the most sustainable way.
