Cushman & Wakefield and Nash Bond have been instructed to lead a new phase of retail and leisure leasing at Wembley Park.

A further 180,000 sq ft of space over 42 units is being allocated in nine new buildings across the landmark north-west London scheme.

The additional retail and leisure space will help cement Wembley Park’s fast-growing status as an exciting new destination to rival the very best areas of London.

The site’s mix of iconic heritage, new neighbourhood and exciting retail and leisure space makes Wembley Park one of the most exciting developments in Europe, all just 12 minutes from Central London.

Having some of the fastest comms in London, with an estate wide fibre optic loop and multiple connections, positions Wembley Park as the ideal location for hi-tech businesses and financial companies dealing in large volumes of data.

Wembley Park is already home to 4,000 office workers and we announced in 2016 that we had secured a pre-let for 59,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. This agreement for Lease will allow us to deliver 115,000 sq ft on Wembley Boulevard.
