Quintain has been managing residential properties on behalf of third party landlords at Wembley Park since 2008. Our success in this market, led to the launch of Tipi, our Build to Rent business in 2016.

Tipi is reinventing renting for Londoners at Wembley Park

Tipi is reinventing renting for Londoners at Wembley Park. In March 2016, Quintain opened Tipi’s first 140 apartments at in two buildings, Dakota and Montana, which leased up in under six months. Our next Tipi apartment building of 120 homes, Alto will be available for occupation this summer.

We want to create a better everyday home life for Londoners who rent. We’re the landlord that’s helpful and fair for people who expect more from life renting in London. We will do this by making our resident’s lives easier wherever we can and provide an apartment and neighbourhood they’re proud to call home.

Our vision for Wembley Park

It was also announced in February 2017 that Wembley Park is set to become the largest build to rent development site in the UK, with 5,000 homes being delivered by 2024, all of them under single management.

Quintain has invested over £1 bn into the transformation of Wembley Park and has planning and funding secured for the next phase of development. Tipi will manage all 5,000 build to rent homes at Wembley Park and will work extremely closely to the Wembley Park estate management team who together will be on site 24 hours a day seven days a week.
