Olivier Brahin

Olivier was appointed to the Board on 25 September 2015 and Chairman in June 2016. He is President of Lone Star Europe.

Angus Dodd
Chief Executive

Angus was appointed to the Board on 25 September 2015 and elected Chairman on 5 October 2015. He was appointed Chief Executive of Quintain on 27 June 2016. Angus was previously Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate of Lone Star Europe. He sits on the Nomination and Audit Committees.

Robert Calnan

Robert was appointed to the Board on 25 September 2015. He is Managing Director of Real Estate at Hudson Advisors UK Ltd. Robert is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

John Herbert

John was appointed to the Board on 25 September 2015. John recently retired as Global Head of Real Estate at HSBC and now serves as non-executive director on various boards in the US and UK. John Chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

James Riddell

James was appointed to the Board on 25 September 2015. He is Managing Director at Lone Star Europe Acquisitions LLP. James is a member of the Nomination and Audit Committees.

Philippe Couturier

Philippe was appointed to the Board on 5 October 2016. He is President Europe of Hudson Advisors UK Ltd.

James Saunders
Chief Operating Officer

James was appointed to the Board on 16 January 2017. A barrister by training, James joined Quintain in 2008 from The Cloud Networks, Europe’s largest wi-fi operator, where he was Chief Marketing Officer. Previously he held senior marketing roles at Coca-Cola and Vodafone. James is responsible for operating Wembley Park and the place making, stakeholder and marketing strategies behind it.

Kathryn McConnell
Head of Human Resources

Kathryn joined Quintain in 2010, having previously worked at Nabarro LLP for 10 years, practising as an employment lawyer. Kathryn is responsible for all aspects of people management at Quintain including resourcing, performance management, development and reward.

Daniel Greenslade
Head of Transactions

Daniel joined Quintain in March 2013 from PwC where he spent 13 years working in Assurance, specialising in the audits of listed and private equity companies. He was the Group’s Financial Controller until March 2016 before taking on the role of Head of Transactions and is now responsible for delivering all Corporate transactions and managing the Group’s Treasury function.

Tory Heazell
Company Secretary & Head of Management Reporting

Tory qualified with Deloitte in 1994 and joined Quintain in 2005 after five years with Fullers Brewers, where she was Chief Accountant. A key responsibility of Tory’s is corporate cashflow forecasting and reporting. In October 2016, Tory was appointed as Company Secretary.

Catherine Webster
Strategic Finance & Investment Director

Catherine joined Quintain in July 2016 as Strategic Finance & Investment Director, assuming a lead role in financing and existing and new investment initiatives.  Prior to Quintain, she was a Director at Hudson Advisors where she managed financing and strategic/portfolio sales for Lone Star’s pan-European portfolio. She has over 20 years of real estate and finance experience and has held several senior roles at TIAA, LAMCO LLC, Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate.  She holds a Bsc in Land Management from Reading University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Rajesh Shah
Corporate Finance Director

Rajesh joined Quintain in 2008 from Land Securities, where he was Investment Strategy Director at Trillium. He headed up the pricing of all PFI/PPP bids and key property disposals and was involved in transactions such as acquisitions, the disposal of businesses and capital raising for a new fund. He is responsible for Quintain’s real estate transactions and corporate finance activities.

Alex Hare
Financial Controller

Alex is a chartered accountant who joined Quintain in July 2012 from KPMG where he spent three years working in Assurance.  His first role at Quintain was Financial Accountant before becoming Assistant Financial Controller and then Financial Controller in May 2016.  He primarily focusses on the Group’s statutory reporting, financial controls and processes.

Michael Jenkins
Finance Director

Michael was appointed group Finance Director in January 2017. He joined Quintain in 2012, having previously been a partner at Deloitte, where he worked in Corporate Finance, Economic and Infrastructure advisory in the UK and Australia.

Ben Giddens
Executive Director - Development

Ben joined Quintain in 2006 from Development Securities plc (now UandI plc).  He is responsible for Development Management activity at Wembley Park, most recently the strategy formulation and execution of the 4,000 home masterplan application. Ben has also been the project lead for the North West and South West Lands (2,150 homes) and City Park Gate (c.750,000 sq ft mixed use) masterplans. 

Jeremy Sharland
Development Director

Jeremy joined Quintain in 2011 from DTZ (now Cushman and Wakefield).  Jeremy is currently responsible for the delivery of 2,500 new homes across five residential led projects at Wembley Park, including units for private sale, Affordable Housing, PRS and retail and F&B accommodation.  He has over 20 years of industry experience and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Matt Slade
Director of Commercial Operations

Matt joined in 2015 from Westfield Shopping Centres where he had worked for 9 years in various roles, including General Manager of Westfield Stratford City during the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Matt is responsible for the commercial operations at Wembley including the London Designer Outlet centre and the Wembley Park estate.

Julian Tollast
Head of Masterplanning and Design

Julian joined the business in 2005, having worked with Quintain in his previous role as a director of Farrell & Partners, where he had been for 17 years. Julian qualified as an architect in 1988.

Matt Voyce
Executive Director - Construction

Matt joined Quintain in 2007 from Arcadis LLP, where he was Sector Director for commercial development. He is responsible for design management and construction delivery at Wembley Park and has over 25 years of industry experience. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael Allen
PRS Director

Michael joined Quintain in 2015 to run the PRS business - Tipi.  He has over 10 years of PRS experience in the US having previously managed 4,000+ units for TIAA-CREF and 2,000+ units in New York City for institutional investors. Both portfolios gave Michael exposure to all aspects of investment and asset management, new build/ refurbishment and operational management.  Michael holds a Master of City Planning degree from MIT.
